1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pkpop" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at pkpop.pro, including all associated services, products, games, and features offered therein.
• "Member" / "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who has registered a pkpop account or who accesses the pkpop platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered member profile created by a player on the pkpop platform, including the associated PKR balance, transaction history, and personal information.
• "Platform" refers to the pkpop website, mobile-optimised interface, and any associated software used to deliver gaming services to members.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback amount, or other promotional value awarded to a member subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount or bonus-derived winnings must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by pkpop in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which pkpop accounts are denominated.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the member and available for wagering and withdrawal, excluding any bonus credit.
• "Restricted Territory" refers to any country or region from which pkpop does not accept registrations or wagers, as updated by pkpop from time to time.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering a pkpop account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the pkpop platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with pkpop's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules applicable to the products you use.

These Terms apply to all members regardless of their method of access — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other interface through which the pkpop platform is made accessible.

pkpop reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to register and maintain a pkpop account:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are not located in, or a resident of, any Restricted Territory from which pkpop does not accept members.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement with pkpop or with any third-party responsible gaming scheme that is recognised by pkpop.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of pkpop or any of its affiliated entities, nor are you a close family member of any such person.
• You are not using the platform for any fraudulent, money-laundering, or other illegal purpose.

pkpop reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming any of the above eligibility criteria at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

4 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register a pkpop account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must not use a pseudonym, nickname, or false identity at any stage of the registration process.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one pkpop account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or consecutively — is strictly prohibited. pkpop may use technical means including IP address tracking, device fingerprinting, and payment method matching to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

pkpop is required by its licensing framework to verify the identity and age of all members before processing withdrawal requests and, in some cases, before allowing continued deposits beyond certain thresholds. The KYC process typically requires submission of:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, Passport, or Driver's Licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent).
• Proof of payment method ownership (for example, a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered mobile number).

pkpop will process KYC documentation within 24 hours of submission during business days. You will be notified by email once your verification is complete. pkpop reserves the right to request additional documentation if the standard documents do not provide sufficient confidence in the information provided.

4.4 Account Information Updates

It is your responsibility to keep your account information current and accurate. If any of your registered details change — including your mobile number, email address, or residential address — you must update your account information promptly via the account settings page or by contacting pkpop support.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkpop account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pkpop strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available free of charge to all members.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other individual to access or use your pkpop account on your behalf.
• Any activity conducted through your pkpop account while you are logged in will be treated as having been authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally performed that activity.
• You must notify pkpop support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
• pkpop will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to pkpop immediately.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposit Methods & Minimum Amounts

pkpop accepts deposits via the following methods, all processed in PKR with no currency conversion fees applied by pkpop: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT on the TRC20 network. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, and are displayed within the deposit section of your account dashboard.

6.2 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawals are processed only to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. pkpop does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your KYC verification must be completed in full.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within an average of 8 minutes on business days.
• Withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM PKT.
• Crypto withdrawals via USDT TRC20 are processed within 30 minutes during business hours.

6.3 Withdrawal of Bonus-Derived Funds

Funds derived from bonus activity — including winnings generated while a bonus is active — may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. The wagering progress for each active bonus is displayed in your account dashboard in real time. Once wagering requirements are satisfied, the resulting real-money balance becomes available for withdrawal.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering

pkpop is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. pkpop reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any account and to request source-of-funds documentation where deposits exceed certain thresholds or where transaction patterns warrant further review. Cooperation with these checks is a condition of continued account access.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

pkpop offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the PSL cricket season. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms stated in each individual promotion.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to verified members who have met all KYC requirements unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Each bonus promotion may only be claimed once per member, per household, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states that it is a recurring offer.
• Bonus credit cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after completing the stated wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• pkpop reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to an account will be honoured subject to their existing terms.
• Attempting to abuse, manipulate, or exploit bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated betting patterns — will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and possible account closure.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus is subject to a stated wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (for example, 30x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered that many times across eligible games before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn. Different game categories contribute different percentages towards wagering completion — these contribution rates are detailed in each specific bonus offer.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets, casino wagers, and card game stakes placed on the pkpop platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market, in addition to these general Terms. Game-specific rules are accessible from within each game or betting market on the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. pkpop does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• pkpop reserves the right to void any bet where it determines that the bet was placed on an event or market that was subject to a manifest error in odds, a technical malfunction, or circumstances that would render the outcome unfair.
• In the event of a live sporting event being suspended, abandoned, or otherwise not completed in accordance with the standard rules of that sport, pkpop's event-specific settlement rules shall apply. These rules are published within the sports betting section of the platform.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time of bet placement.
• pkpop operates a real-time odds feed for all sports markets. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds at which your bet is accepted.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkpop platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in registering an account for the purpose of circumventing pkpop's single-account policy.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets, interact with games, or access account features without human interaction.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions in the platform to obtain funds or gaming credits to which you are not entitled.
• Colluding with other players in any multiplayer game offered on the platform, including Callbreak and Triple.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC process.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your pkpop account.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the source code or underlying systems of the pkpop platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the pkpop platform — including but not limited to the pkpop brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pkpop or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pkpop platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pkpop content without prior written permission.
• Use the pkpop brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context not expressly authorised by pkpop.
• Frame or mirror any part of the pkpop platform on any other website or application.
• Use any pkpop content for commercial purposes, including advertising, affiliate marketing without an authorised affiliate agreement, or data resale.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

pkpop collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

pkpop collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of a personalised gaming experience. pkpop does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

pkpop may share member data with payment processors, KYC verification providers, regulatory authorities, and fraud prevention services where required for the legitimate operation of the platform or compliance with applicable law. 12 Responsible Gaming

pkpop is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all members. Gaming is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. If you feel that your gaming behaviour is becoming problematic, pkpop strongly encourages you to use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.

12.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a notification to remind you how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the pkpop platform for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, up to permanent exclusion). Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying your session duration and net gaming results.

12.2 Age Restriction Enforcement

pkpop enforces the 21+ age restriction through mandatory KYC verification. Any member found to be under the age of 21 will have their account closed immediately, with their real-money deposit balance returned and all bonus-derived winnings forfeited. pkpop also requests that account holders ensure no person under 21 can access their account or device while logged in.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkpop's total liability to any member arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkpop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or expected gaming outcomes.
• Loss or corruption of data.
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, or events beyond pkpop's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where pkpop has not been negligent in its security obligations.
• Losses attributable to your failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to secure your account credentials.

The pkpop platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkpop does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical defects at all times, though pkpop undertakes reasonable efforts to maintain service availability.

14 Account Suspension & Termination

14.1 Termination by the Member

You may close your pkpop account at any time by contacting pkpop support. Upon closure, any real-money balance in your account will be returned to you via your verified payment method, provided that all KYC requirements have been met and no active investigations are pending. Bonus credit and any winnings derived from uncompleted wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

14.2 Suspension or Termination by pkpop

pkpop reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — and to withhold or forfeit balances associated with that account — where pkpop determines, in its reasonable judgment, that:

• The member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The member has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct on the platform.
• The member has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Continued operation of the account would expose pkpop to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• A regulatory authority or law enforcement body has directed pkpop to do so.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, pkpop will notify the member as soon as reasonably practicable and will complete the investigation within a reasonable timeframe.

15 Amendments to These Terms

pkpop reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pkpop will notify registered members via the email address associated with their account and will display a prominent notice on the platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

For minor or non-material updates — such as corrections to typographical errors, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of members — pkpop may update the Terms without individual notification, though the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Continued use of the pkpop platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your account as described in Section 14.1.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkpop holds its international gaming licence. In the event of a dispute between you and pkpop arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, the following process applies:

1. Internal Complaints: Contact pkpop support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. pkpop will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
2. Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may request that the matter be escalated to pkpop's senior compliance team for a second review.
3. Regulatory Referral: If the complaint remains unresolved after the escalation process, you may refer the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under whose licence pkpop operates. Contact details for the regulatory authority are available upon request from pkpop support.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the consumer protection or gaming laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
